Before filming "body double of Love", director Tang Xiaobai led the crew to conduct social research, and found that most families in China would be dissatisfied with their current living conditions, and they generally pinned all their hopes on the next generation. "But what will happen to them if they lose their children? Some of them may clean up the mess in a very extreme way. " Tang Xiaobai said. "body double of Love" is also about the loss of an only son from an ordinary family at the bottom: Zhuang Zhuang, the son of contractor Cheng Yonggui, died in a traffic accident because of riding a tractor driven by neighbor He Man. In order to make He Man atone for his sins, and also to make incense for his own successors, Cheng Yonggui sneaked into He Jia late at night after getting drunk and raped Li Qiaoyu, his wife, and made the latter pregnant. In the face of this man-made "artificial accident", Cheng Yonggui decided to take Li Qiaoyu to the city to take care of him personally until the child was born.
