Shenyang, Liaoning: Creative Design Empowers Tussah Industry and Helps Rural Revitalization

First, let’s take a brief look at the parameter configuration of Glory 7: it has a 5.2-inch 1920*1080 resolution screen, a built-in 64-bit eight nuclear Kirin 935 processor, clocked at 2.2GHz, and a storage combination of 3GB RAM+16GB/64GB ROM. The size of this screen is 5.2 inches, the resolution is the mainstream 1080p, and the higher 2K resolution is not used, and the pixel graininess is almost invisible at the normal use distance. The frame and back of Glory 7 are all-metal design, and the grip with the weight of 157 grams of the fuselage is relatively thick, and the thickness of the fuselage is not slim when it comes to 8.5 mm. The infrared emitting port familiar with the key layout is still at the top of the fuselage, and on the left side of the fuselage are three-in-one card slots (Nano SIM and Micro SD) and a smart key (detailed functions will be introduced later), in which the full netcom version supports all network standards of China Mobile Unicom, and does not distinguish between the main and secondary card slots. The back of the fuselage of Glory 7 is a three-stage design, and the polished metal back shell has a little matte texture, which has a good ability to defend fingerprints. The fingerprint recognition area on the back can be clearly seen at a glance. On it is a 20-megapixel rear camera, but the camera protrudes from the back panel and is equipped with a dual-color temperature flash.
System: EMUI 3.1 is easy to use
I am a user myself, so I am familiar with the EMUI used by Huawei and Glory. Now that EMUI has been updated to version 3.1, let’s take a look at what features EMUI has in user experience and interface design.
EMUI 3.1 interface/reading.
EMUI 3.1 still uses the unique magazine to unlock, and cancels the secondary menu to make the desktop look simpler. There are various free or paid themes in its own theme store, and there are many kinds of apps in the app store. Slide the desktop to the right to open the reading function, which contains a huge amount of information and articles in waterfall style. Users can set their own preferences and the system will automatically push the content you are interested in.

Glory’s own functions are comprehensive. The notification center can set the types of notifications for each application installed on the mobile phone, such as only displaying in the status bar, appearing in the screen lock interface or disabling notifications. In addition, the basic flip mute, double-click wake-up and drawing letters into the application of intelligent somatosensory are all available.

Because the navigation bar is built into the screen, EMUI supports the modification of the navigation bar. Users can adjust the positions of the return and progress keys according to their own usage habits. With the drop-down menu key, users can pull down the notification bar by clicking it, avoiding the trouble that one hand can’t reach the top of the screen. Intelligent wire control is a favorite function of the author. Using headphones with wire control function to perform corresponding operations can realize the functions of changing playback mode, collecting and so on. After the author’s actual measurement, the third-party headphones with three-stage wire control can turn on this function without Huawei or glory original headphones.
Support one-handed mode
The screen size of 5.2 inches is not very big, but it is a little stressful for female users or male users with small hands to touch the whole screen, so Glory 7 continues to support one-handed mode. Sliding the virtual button left and right can open the one-hand mode, at which time the display screen will be reduced and biased to one side of the screen. The principle of one-handed keyboard is similar. After opening, in the input interface, the whole input keyboard will be biased to one side of the screen to facilitate one-handed input.

The infrared emission port at the top of the glory 7 fuselage is mentioned immediately here. Glory 7 supports intelligent remote control, which can remotely control mainstream household appliances such as TV air conditioners and relatively unpopular products such as SLR, and the number of brands supported is relatively large.

Relying on Huawei’s strong technical strength in communication technology, Glory 7 has a good performance. Signal+ technology basically solves the problem of poor signal of metal mobile phone, and the unique high-speed rail mode solves the problem that users used to talk on the Internet on the train. WLAN+ can automatically search and automatically switch to the WLAN network with the best signal. Roaming+ technology greatly improves the speed of roaming search for users who often go abroad and need international roaming.

The operation modes of Smart Keys include single click, double click and long press, and the functions that can be realized by each operation mode are different and customizable. Situational intelligence refers to giving reminders similar to "warm tips" at specific times of the day according to the user’s usage habits and the specific information visited, and the event types include the commonly used aspects such as flights, trains, hotel weather, etc.

Long press the smart key can open the voice control function of Glory 7, and users will basically give accurate feedback quickly when they say their own needs. Different from the general, the voice control of Glory 7 can directly reach the user’s demand point. For example, "Send to a certain person" not only opens WeChat, but also directly reaches the WeChat editing interface with this person, without the need for the user to press the button again.

People often encounter the situation that they can’t find their mobile phones. Although they can basically find them in the end, the time and energy they spend can’t make up for it. Glory 7 supports non-contact voice wake-up. Set the wake-up word in advance and say it to the mobile phone three times to make it remember. Once the mobile phone can’t find it, just say the wake-up word, the mobile phone can automatically play music with increased volume, and at the same time turn on the back flash to facilitate users to find the mobile phone.

Because of the strong operability of the above functions, it is not intuitive to simply describe them in words. The author also recorded three videos to demonstrate the functions of double-clicking, long-pressing the smart key and voice wake-up to retrieve the mobile phone, which you can click to watch.
Endurance: light use for 16 hours without stress.
The endurance of a model is very concerned by consumers. After getting Glory 7, the author conducted a simple endurance test, focusing on daily life experience. The test items include online video, web browsing, online music playing and pure standby, in which online video and online music are played for 20 minutes, web browsing for 10 minutes and pure standby for 70 minutes respectively, trying to accurately simulate the usage habits of real users.

It should be noted that the 20-minute test of online music and the 70-minute pure standby did not light up the screen, and the Wi-Fi network was turned on throughout the 120-minute test. The author chose the default smart power saving mode.
Online video/web browsing/music playing test
The test started at 22: 40, and after 20 minutes of online browsing, the remaining power was 96%, followed by 10 minutes of online web browsing, and the remaining power was 92%. Next is 20 minutes of online music playing. Because the screen is off for 20 minutes, the power consumption is not much, and the remaining power is 90% after the test. Finally, it is a 70-minute screen-off pure standby. By 0: 40, the whole test process is over, and the remaining power is 88%.

This test is intended to simulate the battery life under normal use in a unit of 2 hours. If the consumption is stable at this speed, glory 7 can achieve about 16 hours of battery life. This means that a single charge can completely maintain the use from going out to work in the morning to going home from work at night, and it is not a big problem for light users to cope with the whole day. In addition, medium and heavy mobile phone players can also choose super power saving or super long standby mode. More detailed endurance data about Glory 7 can be expected for the special endurance experience we will bring later.
Fingerprint: Unlock quickly and play more.
In the last year or two, fingerprint identification has basically become the standard of flagship brands. In China, fingerprint identification is used to unlock at most, and the function is rather monotonous. Can Glory 7 be played differently this time? The answer is a must!
The first press fingerprint identification scheme without metal ring
Glory 7 is the first model in the glory series to support fingerprint identification, and it is also the first one equipped with a metal ring-free press fingerprint identification scheme. What is "no metal ring pressing type"? With reference to 6, we know that the key to its fingerprint identification function lies in the metal ring on the Home button, while glory 7 cancels this metal ring design and integrates it with the metal body.
Unlock quickly and sensitively.
If you look carefully, you will find that its fingerprint identification module is actually a piece of metal body. What are the advantages of this design? My understanding is that it can make identification more sensitive and rapid, and at the same time shorten the time of fingerprint entry. Because there is no metal ring, it means that the contact area of fingerprint identification will be larger.
According to the data provided by Huawei, the fingerprint identification of Glory 7 adopts the second generation fingerprint identification chip scheme of FPC and the enhanced fingerprint identification algorithm, which takes only 0.5 seconds at the earliest. From my actual experience, it only takes about 5 times for Glory 7 to enter a new fingerprint, and the time is about 8 seconds, which is very fast.

If it is used to unlock, the speed is about the same as that when you press the power button to light the screen directly, and it can be unlocked when the screen is off. The fingerprint recognition of iPhone 6 is often criticized as insensitive after a long time, but glory 7 may not have this problem, because it adopts a unique fingerprint self-learning algorithm, which can be used more and more sensitively. This is not something we can experience in a short time, but it is still credible to want to honor such a big enterprise.
If glory 7 is simply unlocked, I don’t think we will take it out to explain it alone. In fact, it can also be used to pay, answer the phone, turn off the alarm clock, take pictures and so on. Unlike Apple’s dedication to building its own Apple Pay, Glory 7 chose to fully support Baidu payment, Alipay payment and payment-this should cover the payment methods commonly used by most mobile phone parties!
Quickly open the drop-down notification bar
In addition, glory 7 does not need to enter fingerprints. Just swipe your finger down the fingerprint panel to enter the drop-down notification bar of the mobile phone, and then double-click it to clear the notification. When opening the application, long press can realize the Home button function, and long press the fingerprint in the photo interface to take a quick photo. This function will be very convenient for friends who like to take selfies. Besides, you can answer the phone or turn off the alarm clock by pressing your fingerprint.

Audio-visual: not top-notch or ordinary.
Nowadays, intelligence is not only a simple communication tool, but also carries more abundant audio-visual entertainment functions. In terms of film and television, Glory 7 has established a content cooperation with, and its own rich online resources can be found in popular films and television.

If your own video resources can’t satisfy you, it also supports rich video formats for local video. According to the measured results of 15 1080P videos with different formats, Glory 7 was played in only two formats, but all the others could be played normally. This means that in Glory 7, the necessity of third-party devices is not so great.

In terms of music, Glory 7 has established content cooperation, and its online resources are also very rich, while its playing interface is relatively fresh and bright. Of course, if you are an enthusiast, you may be more concerned about its sound quality.

Glory series mobile phones have not been publicized much in terms of sound quality, but this does not mean that HONOR has not paid attention to this aspect. Glory 7 is equipped with an independent sound cavity design, using the second generation Smart PA (Smart Amplifier) and DTS sound effects. In terms of calls, Huawei Voice can also help users continue to press the Volume+button at the maximum call volume, which can at least increase the volume by more than 50%.

The first generation of Glory 6 is equipped with a 13-megapixel IMX214 lens, while Glory 6 Plus is equipped with an innovative dual rear lens. This generation of Glory 7 should also be upgraded in terms of taking pictures. In the indoor part, the performance of Glory 7 is still excellent, and the glare control is better. Although the indoor light is not as good as the outdoor, the imaging is still clear. At the same time, when glory 7 is shot in close range, its F/2.0 aperture lens can also have a good background blur.

Chapter I General Principles

Chapter II Assessment Contents
Article According to the management responsibilities of all parties of the networked joint control system platform and the principle of classified assessment, the assessment indicators of platform operation, the assessment contents of road transport management institutions and the assessment contents of road transport enterprises are formulated.
Article 4 Assessment indicators based on the operation of the platform include:
(1) Vehicle access rate: the ratio of the number of vehicles that transmit dynamic information to the superior platform at least once as of a certain statistical time point to the total number of vehicles in their respective jurisdictions or key operations of the enterprise.
(2) Vehicle on-line rate: refers to the ratio of the number of vehicles that normally upload data to the superior platform during the statistical period to the number of vehicles that enter the network in their respective jurisdictions or key operations of the enterprise.
(3) Platform disconnection rate: refers to the ratio of the total interruption time of data transmission between the lower platform and the higher platform to the total duration of the statistical period (in minutes).
(4) Data failure rate: refers to the ratio of the number of unqualified data such as license plate number, license plate color, time, longitude, latitude, speed, direction, altitude, etc. in the vehicle data uploaded by the lower platform to the number of reported data during the statistical period.
(5) Vehicle online time rate: refers to the ratio of the total online time of vehicles (in minutes) to the total operating time during the statistical period. The total duration of vehicle operation can be obtained from the passenger network ticketing system, the passenger station electronic newspaper class system, the tourist charter management system, the dangerous chemicals electronic waybill system and other information systems. (8) Handling rate of speeding vehicles: refers to the ratio of the number of vehicles that reported speeding information and were handled by the enterprise in time during the statistical period to the number of key operating vehicles reported by the unit.
(9) Fatigue driving rate: refers to the ratio of the number of vehicles reporting fatigue driving information to the number of key vehicles on the line during the statistical period according to the driver’s continuous driving time limit standard set by the public security traffic management department.
(X) Handling rate of fatigue driving vehicles: refers to the ratio of the number of vehicles that reported fatigue driving information and were handled by the enterprise in time during the statistical period to the number of key operating vehicles reported by the unit.
(11) Real-time online rate of vehicles: refers to the ratio of the number of vehicles connected in real time and normally uploading dynamic information at a certain statistical time point to the number of vehicles connected to the network in the area under its jurisdiction or the key operation of this enterprise.
Article 5 The assessment contents of road transport management institutions at all levels include:
(a) the construction of the system, the formulation of the management rules and regulations of the networked joint control system in the jurisdiction, and the operation and maintenance management system of the supervision platform; The formulation of emergency plan for fault handling, management measures for operation and maintenance assessment, step-by-step assessment and notification system;
(2) Monitoring the operation of the platform, including: vehicle access rate, vehicle online rate, platform disconnection rate, data unqualified rate, and vehicle real-time online rate (this indicator is used as a reference indicator);
(three) the implementation of the supervision platform operation and maintenance budget;
(four) other measures to ensure the long-term stable operation of the supervision platform.
Article 6 The assessment of road transport enterprises includes:
(a) the system construction, including: the construction, use and management of the monitoring platform of this enterprise, and the management and assessment methods for the operation and maintenance of the monitoring platform; Installation, use and maintenance system of satellite positioning device; Job responsibilities and management system of monitoring personnel; Traffic violation dynamic information processing and statistical analysis system; Emergency handling system, etc.;
(2) Monitoring the staffing situation, including the staffing quantity, personnel education and training, job responsibilities and the implementation of workflow;
(3) Real-time monitoring of vehicles, including vehicle access rate, vehicle online rate, vehicle online time rate, speeding vehicle rate, speeding vehicle handling rate, fatigue driving vehicle handling rate and fatigue driving vehicle handling rate;
(4) Monitoring the operation of the platform, including: platform disconnection rate, data failure rate and platform post inspection response rate;

Chapter III Division of Responsibilities
Article 7 The Ministry of Transport is responsible for the assessment and management of the national platform and provincial supervision platform of networked joint control system.

Chapter IV Assessment Procedures and Application of Assessment Results
Article 10 The assessment cycle is divided into monthly and annual. The monthly assessment is conducted in natural months, and the annual assessment cycle is from January 1st to December 31st each year. The assessment takes the form of system automatic statistical analysis as the main part, supplemented by on-site situation investigation.
Article 11 The assessment of various platforms at all levels shall be based on the scoring system. Road transport enterprises in any of the following circumstances, the assessment results recorded as 0 points; The road transport management institution has the second situation, and the assessment result is 0:
(1) Destroying the satellite positioning device and maliciously interfering with or shielding the signal of the satellite positioning device;
(2) Forging, tampering with or deleting vehicle dynamic monitoring data.
Article 12 Establish a regular notification system for assessment results of various platforms at all levels.
The Ministry of Transport shall notify the assessment results of the provincial supervision platform and send a copy to the transportation departments (bureaus and commissions) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
The provincial road transport management institution shall notify the assessment results of the prefecture-level supervision platform, and send a copy to the local transportation authorities.
The assessment results of transport enterprises shall be announced by the road transport management institution responsible for their assessment management through websites and other forms.
If the assessed unit has any objection to the assessment results, it may appeal to the assessment unit for verification. If the assessment results are wrong, it shall be corrected in time.
Article 13 The assessment results of road transport management institutions should be used as the basis for departmental evaluation and annual target assessment.
Article 14 The assessment results of road transport enterprises are included in the content of enterprise quality credit assessment, which is an important basis for the bidding and annual inspection of transport enterprises.
Article 15 Problems found in the assessment of road transport management institutions and road transport enterprises should be rectified in time.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 16 The transportation departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate assessment methods for government supervision platforms, transportation enterprise monitoring platforms and socialized monitoring platforms within their respective jurisdictions in light of these measures and actual conditions.
Local road transport management agencies can assess the service quality of operators according to local actual conditions.
Article 17 Rural passenger vehicles are selected and implemented by the provinces according to the actual situation.
Article 18 The Ministry of Transport shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
Article 19 These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The disease prevention and control system is an important guarantee for protecting people’s health, ensuring public health safety and maintaining economic and social stability. In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on reforming and improving the disease control system, and promote the high-quality development of disease control and the realization of the strategic goal of healthy China, with the consent of the State Council, we put forward the following opinions.
I. General requirements

(4) Strengthening the disease control function of medical institutions.Formulate and improve the list of public health responsibilities of various medical institutions at all levels, and incorporate the performance of disease control work into the hospital grade review. Continuously improve the ability and level of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment, monitoring, testing, training, scientific research and emergency response in infectious disease hospitals and general hospitals. Before the end of 2024, secondary and above medical institutions will fully implement the standardization requirements of public health or preventive health care departments, and conditional township hospitals and community health service centers will follow suit.
(5) Innovating the mechanism of coordination and integration of medical care and prevention.Comprehensively promote the in-depth cooperation between medical institutions and professional public health institutions, and establish mechanisms such as talent flow, cross-training, service integration and information sharing. Explore the establishment of a disease control supervisor system, set up full-time and part-time disease control supervisors in public hospitals, grassroots medical and health institutions and social hospitals, and accept the business management of local disease control departments. Explore the participation of disease control professionals in the work of medical complexes, establish a responsibility system for community disease control areas, and improve the grid-based disease control network.

Accelerate the standardization of laboratories in disease control institutions.
(8) Improve the emergency response capability.Construct a classified, efficient and practical emergency plan system for infectious diseases. Enhance the long-distance and international support capacity of the sudden acute infectious disease prevention and control team of China CDC, and support all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) to form a national sudden acute infectious disease prevention and control team relying on disease control institutions; Support the establishment of rapid response teams in various cities, and establish a grassroots comprehensive emergency team in each county to effectively strengthen the on-site emergency response capability of infectious diseases. Strengthen the coordinated linkage of production, storage, transportation, rotation and disposal of prevention and control emergency materials, improve the reserve mechanism of prevention and control emergency materials combining physical reserve, agreed reserve and production capacity reserve, improve and dynamically adjust the catalogue of prevention and control emergency materials, and reasonably determine the reserve scale; We will do a good job in the construction of "flat and emergency dual-use" public infrastructure in megacities, and effectively improve emergency support capabilities.
(9) Improve the ability to treat infectious diseases.Coordinate the mobilization response, regional linkage and personnel mobilization of medical and health institutions in an emergency state, and establish and improve the mechanism for the treatment of major epidemics with grading, stratification and diversion. Efforts will be made to improve the level of disease prevention and treatment in primary health care institutions, promote family doctor contract services, and build a graded diagnosis and treatment pattern. Relying on high-level medical institutions, upgrade and build a national base for prevention, control and treatment of major infectious diseases. Vigorously improve the infrastructure conditions of infectious disease medical institutions and specialized disease prevention and control institutions. Improve the ability and level of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in medical institutions. Relying on powerful general hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to establish infectious disease hospitals and specialties, and improve the layout of infectious disease medical service resources. Support the construction of a national base for the prevention and control of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, and give play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its role of "preventing diseases before they occur".
(ten) to improve the ability of public health intervention.Continue to strengthen the prevention and control of key infectious diseases such as AIDS, tuberculosis and viral hepatitis. Consolidate the prevention and control achievements of key parasitic diseases and endemic diseases. Strengthen vaccination. Improve the comprehensive environmental health monitoring network system and risk early warning platform, and establish and improve the environmental health risk assessment system. Strengthen the monitoring and comprehensive intervention of common diseases and health risk factors of students such as myopia and obesity. Strengthen occupational health, radiation health, food safety risk monitoring, evaluation and standards, nutrition and health, injury monitoring, health risk factors monitoring of the elderly, early screening intervention and classified management of key chronic diseases.
(eleven) to enhance the ability of administrative law enforcement.Improve the national, provincial, municipal and county health administrative law enforcement system with clear powers and responsibilities, standardized procedures and strong implementation. Strengthen the national and provincial disease control departments’ responsibilities of overall coordination, supervision and guidance, and organize the investigation and handling of major cases according to law. City and county-level disease control departments are responsible for the administrative law enforcement of disease control. City and county health supervision institutions undertake the supervision and law enforcement tasks of public health, medical and health care in this area. Improve the health and health administrative law enforcement personnel certificates and qualification management system. Strengthen the allocation and standardization of health and health administrative law enforcement resources, formulate standards for health and health administrative law enforcement equipment, equip law enforcement vehicles, evidence collection tools and law enforcement equipment as required, and strengthen the guarantee of business premises required for performing their duties according to law.

Improve the evaluation criteria of professional titles, adhere to hierarchical classification evaluation, dilute the number of papers, focus on assessing the performance of disease control, and the disease control institutions at or below the county level do not make rigid regulations on papers and scientific research; For those who have long been rooted at the grassroots level and in hard and remote areas, the academic requirements may be appropriately relaxed. In the grass-roots disease control institutions to carry out the title of "directional evaluation, directional use", to develop evaluation criteria separately, to organize evaluation separately, and to determine the pass rate separately. The senior professional and technical posts of "directional evaluation and directional use" shall be controlled in total and the proportion shall be listed separately, which does not account for the proportion of local senior professional and technical posts. (sixteen) improve the personnel incentive mechanism.Improve the salary guarantee and incentive system that conforms to the characteristics of the talent team in the disease control system. According to the requirements of "two permits", scientifically and reasonably determine the performance salary level of disease control institutions. The indirect funds for vertical scientific research projects undertaken by national and provincial CDC and the horizontal project funds shall be managed and used in accordance with the relevant provisions of scientific research funds. The cash reward for the transformation of post scientific and technological achievements obtained by scientific researchers according to regulations is included in the total performance salary of the unit in that year, but it is not limited by the approved total amount and is not included in the total base. The income of staff in public health-related departments of medical institutions is not lower than the average wage level of staff in their medical institutions, and the corresponding subsidy system is explored. For township hospitals, community health service centers (stations) and other grassroots medical and health institutions, disease control professionals and general practitioners are given corresponding allowances and guarantees according to regulations. Commend and reward typical talents in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Five, increase the implementation of organizational security.

(nineteen) to establish a stable investment mechanism.Governments at all levels should establish a stable investment mechanism for public health undertakings, support the reform and improvement of the disease control system in accordance with the principle of overall planning and graded responsibility, and focus on ensuring the development and construction expenditures required by disease control institutions at all levels for capital construction, equipment purchase, discipline construction, personnel training, etc., and the required personnel funds, public funds and business funds are included in the government budget arrangement according to the budget management regulations. Give relevant policy support to national and provincial CDC in scientific research investment and platform construction. Implement the financial investment policy for medical institutions to carry out public health services such as prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. We will improve the mechanism for the prevention and control of major epidemics and the guarantee of medical treatment expenses, and explore the establishment of an exemption system for medical expenses for special groups of major epidemics and specific diseases.
(twenty) to strengthen the information support.Further strengthen the information management of disease control, improve the disease control information standard system, network security and data security guarantee system. On the basis of the national disease control information system, improve the intelligent multi-point trigger monitoring and early warning and emergency command mechanism of infectious diseases. Promote data exchange between information systems of medical institutions and infectious disease monitoring systems, and establish and improve automatic data acquisition mechanisms such as infectious disease diagnosis and pathogen detection. Use big data, cloud computing and other technologies to improve data integration, risk identification, intelligent analysis and timely warning capabilities.
(twenty-one) to strengthen scientific research.With the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine as the leader, the provincial Academy of Preventive Medicine and infectious disease medical institutions as the backbone, we will build a number of scientific and technological innovation support platforms and key laboratories to enhance the research and development, transformation and application capabilities of disease control technology. Support disease control institutions and medical institutions, universities, research institutes and enterprises to build a docking platform for Industry-University-Research and share scientific and technological platforms and resources. Support the Academy of Preventive Medicine to improve the innovation ability of public health science and technology, build a core base for infectious disease prevention and control research, and focus on strengthening scientific research on prevention and control strategies and measures, core technologies and key equipment for major diseases and health hazards.
(22) Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.Strengthen communication and coordination with relevant international organizations and deepen cooperation with relevant countries (regions) in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
