Do more in investigation and research.
At present, the theme education of studying and implementing the Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era is being carried out in depth by the whole party. Taking Daxing investigation and research as an important content is a distinctive feature of this theme education. The General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out that this theme education is not divided into stages and links, and it is necessary to integrate theoretical study, investigation and research, promote development, examine and rectify, and promote it organically. In accordance with the Party Central Committee’s work plan on making a big investigation and research in the whole Party, we should organize party member and cadres, especially leading cadres at all levels, to dive into the front line, go deep into rural areas, communities, enterprises, hospitals, schools, "two new" organizations and other grass-roots units, feel the pulse, dissect sparrows, sort out problems and investigate difficult problems, and use the Party’s innovative theory to study new situations and solve new problems.
Investigation and research is the heirloom of our party and the basic skill of doing all the work well. Strengthening investigation and research, and promoting the solution of practical difficulties encountered by grass-roots units and workers are the inherent requirements for fulfilling the duties and missions of trade unions and doing a good job in trade union work. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions has continuously strengthened its ideological consciousness, political consciousness and action consciousness of doing a good job in investigation and research. Taking better service to the grassroots and the masses of workers as the starting point and the end result, it has gone deep into all walks of life, factories, mines and workshops to conduct large-scale investigations and interviews, sincerely listening to the voices of workers, truly reflecting their wishes and genuinely caring about their sufferings, making the investigation process a process of solving problems and improving their work.

Strengthen the overall planning of investigation and research
Adhere to the overall arrangement and promotion of the theme education research and the preparation for the 18th National Congress of the China Trade Union and the annual key topic research, issue the Specific Measures of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions on the Investigation and Research in the Trade Union Daxing, and formulate the Project Plan for the Investigation and Research of the All-China Switchboard in 2023, so that everyone in the Party Group and the Secretariat has a topic and every family in the government has a task. Establish research planning mechanism, examination and approval mechanism, implementation mechanism and supervision mechanism, draw a survey panorama, define what to investigate and who to investigate, refine when and where to investigate, and prevent cluster research.
Go deep into the grass-roots front line to carry out investigation and research
With questions and topics, the comrades of the Party Committee and the Secretariat of the Communist Party of China went to various places to investigate and visit, and had face-to-face communication, intimate exchanges and practical solutions with workers and masses such as first-line industrial workers, model workers, takeaway brothers, couriers and truck drivers. The ACFTU sent eight 26 cadres to the grassroots working group to live and work with the workers, listen to the voices, opinions and suggestions of the grassroots, fully understand the situation, thoroughly study the problems and seek solutions.
Effectively promote the transformation and application of research results
In view of the good experiences, good practices and main problems found in the investigation, organize relevant departments of the General Secretariat and local trade unions to study in time, and form ideas, methods and policy measures to promote experience, solve problems and promote work. We will communicate and understand the situation of trade unions in various places in a timely manner, jointly study countermeasures, strengthen work guidance, and strive to promote the high-quality development of trade union work with high-quality investigation and research.
