Pay attention to prevent Henan from issuing meteorological warning of geological disasters

　　On August 31st, the Department of Natural Resources of Henan Province and the Meteorological Bureau of Henan Province jointly issued the meteorological warning of geological disasters in Henan Province: the areas that reached the red warning were Luoyang, the south of Sanmenxia, the southwest of Zhengzhou, Nanyang, Pingdingshan, the northwest of Xuchang, most of Ruzhou and the south of Gongyi, and the possibility of geological disasters in the above areas was very high.

　　The areas that have reached the orange warning are Luoyang, northern Sanmenxia, northern and southern Zhengzhou and Jiyuan, western and northern Nanyang and Pingdingshan, northwestern Xuchang, and most of Gongyi, where geological disasters are likely to occur.

　　The areas that have reached the yellow warning are most of Jiyuan, western Anyang, Hebi and Zhumadian, northern Jiaozuo and Xinxiang, southeastern Pingdingshan and Nanyang, where geological disasters are more likely to occur.

　　Please take the following precautions in relevant cities:

　　1. Pay close attention to the changes of rain and water conditions, carry out uninterrupted inspection and monitoring of hidden points of geological disasters within the early warning range, and send early warning information to villages, households and people in time;

　　2. Evacuate the persons threatened by geological disasters in the red and orange warning areas;

　　3. Strengthen the investigation and inspection of key parts such as slope-cutting building, traffic trunk lines, important pipeline tourist attractions, and the surrounding areas of schools. In case of emergency, take immediate measures such as closure and evacuation;

　　4. In the early warning area, temporarily stop outdoor operations and activities;

　　5. All localities and relevant units should strengthen emergency duty. Once geological disasters and dangerous situations are discovered, they should immediately start emergency response to geological disasters and do emergency rescue and dangerous situation disposal.
