It is reported that this is the first time that the Marriage Registration Service Center of Xicheng District Civil Affairs Bureau of Beijing has provided the visually impaired with a braille version and a large-character barrier-free format marriage registration standard document, and it is also the first time in China to provide the visually impaired with a barrier-free format marriage registration notice and wedding vows.

　　Ms. Zhang has a visual disability level 1, and Mr. Wang has a visual disability level 2. They can’t see or read ordinary characters clearly, so they can only touch Braille or read large characters. The Marriage Registration Service Center of Xicheng District Civil Affairs Bureau in Beijing took the initiative to set up a green channel for the two new couples after learning about their eyesight, and provided a braille version, a large-character version of the marriage registration notice and a wedding oath.

　　It is an important measure to implement the law of barrier-free environment construction to set up a green channel for marriage registration of visually impaired people and provide barrier-free format marriage registration standard documents to continuously improve the level of social public services.
